"Updates popped up right when I needed them"
I used Traveloka to book my flight, and the notifications were spot on. I got the payment update, ticket issued notice, and even the flight reminder without having to keep opening the app to double-check. Not sure, but it feels like their system is really well-timed for travelers who are rushing around. It was simple, but super helpful since I was busy packing. No issues so far.

Booked a hotel through it. Got the confirmation and yeah, everything matched when I showed up. Dates were right. Name was right. No weird mix-ups at the front desk or anything. that’s all I needed. Happy with how it went...

"Points Help, Even When I Feel Rushed to Book"
I book often, and the points do help bring the cost down. Sometimes I feel a little pressured to go ahead and book before prices change or deals disappear, but it’s nice knowing I’m at least earning something back. The savings aren’t huge every time, but every few trips it definitely adds up...

I booked a hotel through Traveloka, i appreciated that the fees were shown upfront, before I paid. Nothing weird or extra popped up at the last step, which, for me, is a big deal. The final total matched what I had already seen earlier, so the whole thing felt straightforward. I’d use it again, just for that peace of mind.

"Mostly Smooth, One Small Checkout Lag"
The pages loaded really quickly for me, which was nice. Checkout did lag once, though, and that felt a bit unnecessary since everything else was so smooth

"I was hoping to use Traveloka for more..."
I was hoping to use Traveloka for more of my trips, but the coverage hasn’t been that great for me. Big cities are usually fine, but once I look for smaller routes or hotels in less popular areas, the options get limited or just aren’t there. It works sometimes, but not consistently enough for what I need. At times it kind of makes me feel like I’m just a ticket number in their system, especially when my travel plans don’t match the usual popular destinations.

I booked a flight through Traveloka and ended up having to cancel it last minute. Starting the refund request was actually simple, which I appreciated because I was already stressed and sitting there with a half-finished cup of coffee. The only downside was the waiting time felt long, and the status updates weren’t always super clear. I kept checking the app randomly, even while making dinner one night, and still wasn’t totally sure what was happening. In the end, I did get my money back, so that part was fine. I just wish their replies were faster and the refund status gave a bit more detail...

"Got back into my account easily"
I hadn’t logged into my traveloka account in maybe a few months, so I had to reset things and get back in. it was smoother than I expected. The reset email showed up in about a minute or two, and I was able to see my bookings again with no hassle.
I was also glad that my old trips and saved details were still there. It probably saved me around 10 minutes when checking things and would make booking next time faster too. Nothing fancy, just worked the way it should, so I’d give it 5 stars

Booked a hotel through Traveloka the listing was spot on. The room pics, bed type, breakfast details, and location all matched what I got when I showed up. I’m always kinda sus about hotel sites making places look way better than they are, but this one was totally fine. Check-in was smooth too, no drama. Would definitely use it again

I usually find cheaper deals here than on the other sites I check, which is always a plus. The only thing is that sometimes extra fees pop up later, a little annoying, but not a dealbreaker. Overall, it’s still been good for booking trips
